Before and during the course
You cannot book a place on a course until you have received your copy of the referral order from LTP Driver Training as you will be given a reference which is required during the booking process.
You are required to pay the course fee in advance and in full before the course commences. For full booking and course fee options see ‘How to book a course’ section below.
The course is delivered over a 3 day period which is available both week days + weekends. LTP Driver Training day sessions run from 10am until 4.30pm allowing for travel arrangements.
On the first day of attending you will be asked to produce 1 or 2 documents of identification.

A letter from the Department for Work and Pensions showing your National Insurance number Birth Certificate

Anyone found to be fraudulently producing documents will be excluded and reported to the police, then issued with a Notice of Non Completion.
Anyone found to be under the influence of a substance including alcohol will deemed unsuitable to attend.
You are required to participate throughout the whole period of the 3 days of the day courses.
The course content will involve short lectures; group activities/discussion; role play; assessment of personal drinking habits and presentations by internal/external sources.
Successful completion of the course depends on attendance of all pre booked sessions, payment of the fees in full prior to course commencing and compliance with the course organiser’s reasonable requirements.
And afterwards?
You will be awarded with a course Certificate of Completion.
The sentencing court will be informed you have successfully completed the course
The sentencing court will notify the DVLA that you have successfully completed the course
Your period of disqualification is reduced.
